Looking for ramen made with vegetarian broth. Does it exist???

It's not very good, though. If you don't mind straying from ramen, Wild Ginger does a good udon (or soba) soup, and Buddha Bodhai has several vegetarian noodle soups.

Do you recommend the ramen at Souen? I have a longstanding (and somewhat irrational) hatred of the Soho branch. Should I get over it already?

I've never tried it. This branch specializes in Ramen however, unlike the other locations.

      2. Ippudo has a vegetarian option - it's not on the menu but they have it if you ask.

The Veggie Ramen @ Ippudo is so tasty.
