Poutine in Portland?

Hoping to get an updated roll call of places in Portland (or in the immediate area) which offer poutine. I know that this has been discussed in the past, but some of the places mentioned no longer offer it on their menu, while others have closed.

we had duckfat poutine and it really wasn't so great. the whole thing was way too salty, the gravy especially, and the cheese was melted in a micro and was one big lump of melted goop.

have had terrific poutine in canada, but this wasn't close. and i love duckfat!!

I'm not a huge poutine fan, but among my friends who are, they give good reviews to the version at Frog and Turtle in Westbrook. Chef James is from Quebec, so I gather he knows whereof he cooks.

Hot Suppa on Congress St has poutine (with foie gras) on the menu.

FYI, since it wasn't clear on the Duckfat menu when I went 2/16 - the cheese curds on Duckfat's poutine were melted onto the fries using the microwave. I don't know if you can ask for the curds to be not melted, since it was too late for my order.

I second the Duckfat poutine, pretty good stuff. Not a fan of Frog and turtles poutine - it wasn't bad, just... boring and a bit on the bland side.

Third the Duckfat poutine, a big plus is the duck gravy.

Fourth the Duckfat poutine. The gravy is terrific, the cheese excellent, and the fries very good to outrageous. Some days they are better than others, but they're always good. Allagash White alongside is pretty swell. A nap afterward can't hurt.

since Uncle Billy's closed, Duckfat is indeed the best option

Rosie's on Fore Street had poutine. I haven't been in for about a year so can't verify they still have it.
