Replies not appearing under the correct posts

Note that in the second half of the tread that there are numerous replies that are made to specific posters, but are not appearing directly under the message being replied to. Instead, all of these replies are placed at the end of the thread at the same indent level. This makes it difficult to follow who is replying to whom and about what.

There's a limit to the levels of indentation that the site can display. Once a conversation gets deeper than that, everything is displayed in a line, though the order of the posts is still threaded. As well, the 're:' attributions in the top right corner continue to point at the post that was replied to, and if you click on them, they'll jump you back to that post.
