Puerto Rican

Can anyone recommend a place for arroz con pollo and mofongo? There must be something in the neighborhood on N. 5th Street. Thanks.

    if you do a food search for mofongo on philaelphia.menupages.com 8 places come up. three are downtown (mixto, gigi and cuba libre) but 5 are in more ethnically dense areas. tierra columbiana was one of them too....

        Tierra Columbiana isn't Puerto Rican, but they have excellent arroz con pollo.
