Downtown Columbus, OH restaurant - near Ohio Theater

Looking for a restaurant in downtown Columbus near the Ohio Theater. Would love authentic Mexican, Tex-Mex will do in a pinch. Also interested in Indian, deli, greasy spoon/diner, and burger places.
