Bistrot La Minette Regional Dinners
Went to Bistrot La Minette's regional dinner this week - $35, $50 with wine. Great value and great food. Foie Gras with fig preserves (homemade brioche), scallops with black truffle and brown butter sauce over frisee, Seared Duck with Potato Confit and apples in puff pastry with caramel sauce. Will definitely be heading back for the Lorraine dinner in a few weeks!
