Eating in Baltimore next week (March 6th-8th)

Hi everyone, I'm coming down to Baltimore for the first time ever next weekend and was hoping to get some recs for a good, local, not fancy, not too expensive place to eat some steamed blue crabs. I've read that March isn't exactly blue crab season... but I imagine that Baltimore crabhouses sell crabs year round? What should I expect in terms of prices for blue crabs? I'll be staying around the Inner Harbor, which I understand does not have any real crab house options in the vicinity. As such, I'm willing to hop in a taxi to get to where I should be. My ideal place would be one of those places you read about - newspaper on table, crabs spilled on the table, big smile on my and my friends' faces, pitchers of beer not too far away, dig in, and go to town. Can anyone recommend a place?
