Port Salut is now a very available cheese in Toronto. I have seen it at Alex Farms in the past and I know for a fact The Cheese Boutique and Costco (atleast the one @ Royal York and Queensway) carry the cheese on a regular basis.

If I'm not mistaken, I've seen it at Costco (Downsview).

You can find it pretty much anywhere that has French cheese, even Metro. Try Oka for a Canadian version of this cheese.

one of my faves! i used to get it at cheese boutique/alex's. costco etobicoke started carrying it in the last year or two. i think it's about $6 for the entire wheel.

saint paulin is apparently a good (canadian) substitute.

Found it at the Costco on Warden.

Also noticed they were selling Oka at about 60% of the usual Supermarket price
