Best place to buy chorizo in the ironbound?

Any suggestions for where to buy chorizo in Newark's ironbound? I've been to Seabra's and wasn't very impressed.

(Edited to say - I want raw chorizo to cook at home, not cooked chorizo to eat immediately)

The Seabra's supermarket on Lafeyette has a lot of different types of chorizo for sale. The best selection I've seen in the US.

Lopez on Walnut Street, (near Adams St) Newark (Ironbound) is the best sausage maker in the Ironbound. You should try there. i think you will find what you are looking for.

Agreed--their chorizo is fantastic! But it's Lopes, not Lopez--just FYI

Sorry, not familiar with the ingredients that make chorizo what it is but the Polish meat market makes lots of different types of sausages. They make all their meat there so it's good.
