Current Favored Flavors at Havre aux Glaces?
At the moment le Bilboquet is closed for the winter and won't reopen until 11 March. Or so I was told when I called the Bernard St. store.
Which leaves Havre aux Glaces, my other favorite. I believe it stays open for the winter at both its Jean Talon and Atwater locations, the former larger and, perhaps, offering more flavors as well.
Has anyone been to either recently and can tell what are the best flavors currently on offer?
There is a thread on this subject, but it is a year out of date

I wonder if the citrus sorbets are back as usual, blood orange in particular.
I didn't think that Havre aux Glaces at Atwater stayed open in the winter, but I could be wrong. However, I do know that Bilboquet on Sherbrooke in Westmount is open this winter (unlike the one on Bernard) if you need a Bilboquet fix...

Thanks. Sherbrooke is open. Bernard is not.
11 March is the date when Bernard is open and tire d'erable arrives.

The blood orange sorbet showed up around mid-March last year. I would be surprised if they had it already.

Maybe not. The Sicilian Tarocos are early this year. Have been enjoying them for the last couple of weeks.

As of earlier this week, the Jean-Talon branch had blood orange, tangerine, and grapefruit sorbets.

Last Friday I had a taste of Havre's Strawberry with Black Pepper gelatto. You get this amazing mouthful of intense strawberry and then as you are swallowing, the pepper hits your palette very subtly but for sure you know it's there! Simple yet brilliant & just fantastic.
