We have found the best Thai food here in Bonita since leaving Chicago almost 6 years ago at Home Thai Sushi in the Center of Bonita Springs shopping center on 41 and Bonita Beach Road. This location has been the kiss of death for it's many previous incarnations but if their cooking remains solid and the economy doesn't falter, this could be a keeper.

Shrimp in a blanket were fried crispy and stuffed with ground chicken. I haven't seen this dish in years and they served a wonderful version. Fire Dragon roll was crispy with spicy tuna and a tasty eel sauce. Friends of ours insisted on crab rangoon, not a favorite of mine, but they were very happy. I prefer my cream cheese on a bagel.

Pad Thai is a dish I always order the first time in a Thai restaurant. If they can't do it well, that seems to mirror the rest of their food. This had a terrific sauce and nice heat level-best I've had in a long time. Duck with basil sauce was to die for, with crispy duck pieces in a luscious sauce. We also got a variety of sashimi which was pristine but unnecessary, as their portions were quite generous.
