    the slowfood guide, always a good source, says it has a vast election of italian and tuscan wines to sample with the best local cheeses and local salami.
    they also recommend Chic and Shock ice cream shop and several other eating places including Da Bado (cl Tues), and Albana , closed Wed.(in Mazzola in nearby hills)
