The Brick Pig's House, Oakland [split from http://chowhound.chow.com:80/topics/689471#5425808]

Just curious:
Has anyone tried The Brick Pig's House -- further down the road from the Flint's old Shattuck location?

    1. It's been a while but decent not great BBQ with on one side by side more brisket than Bo's for about 1/2 the price. Very nice people.

I didn't detect any smoke in Brick Pig's House's meat the one time I tried it, which is the reason I haven't been back.

For brisket, I like Uncle Willie's.
