Hyderabadi Chicken soup recipes?

I recently went to a restaurant in the US and had the most delicious, lemony spiced chicken soup. The menu called it Hyderabadi chicken soup, but a google search for this has come up with no results similar. Is this the restaurant's unique take on this soup, or is there a traditional Hyderabadi soup?
