Need Mexican/Aztec/Chili chocolatec?

I need a place where I can get a hot-chocolate-with-chili. I used to got to a place down around Prince or Houston, West, but I don't remember exactly where - and anyway, it's probably folded by now (sob).

And extra points if I can get a fresh churro to go with it.....

the Spicy Hot Chocolate at Jacques Torres gets raves - there's one in SoHo.

I just got the same spicy hot chocolate at the JT in Chelsea Market. Almost $4 but totally worth it. I think Max Brenner also has it. Various locations. Cafe Habana too. Not sure of a place that has both.

Mariebelle (soho) also has it; as a bonus you can buy a tin if you want to make it at home.
The chocolate shop on 9th at 44th I believe still uses Mariebelle to make hot chocolate as well.
