Cuban hot dog in Tampa, FL?

I had someone take me a few years ago to a small cuban? restaurant in Tampa where we had the best hot dogs ever. They were loaded up with all kinds of stuff like chips and pineapples! I cannot find this restaurant any more at all. Does anyone have a clue what I am talking about? I would love to go back if they are still there.

Crushed chips and other odd toppings on hot dogs is typically a Colombian thing rather than Cuban. Maybe searching for Colombian restaurants or hot dogs in Tampa can help you narrow it down further.

La Perrada is a possibility. 7803 N. Armenia. The card I have in my wallet says they are only open 4 pm-12 am most days.

Sounds intriguing but not familiar at all. Can you recall any details about the place?
