Sripraphai Liquor

Went To Sri on Saturday. Had the Fried watercress salad, Roast duck w/ eggplant &bamboo shoots and the drunken noodles w/ground beef. All superb. They have a liquor license now and have mixed drinks on the menu: mai tais, mojitos etc. at $9each. I stuck with my singha beer. My wife had the mojito which was not made with rum but with a Thai whiskey (so the server said) I thought it had a dark rum flavor. It did pack a wallop though for my wife. The server said they were thinking of putting a bar in the outdoor garden this Spring. I don't know if I like that idea.

They've had a liquor license for about 3 years.
The food remains the same despite all the changes over the past 5 years.
It's the same everywhere - Mojito ingredients ? $1 - and everywhere $8-15 - anyone care to speculate. Who's to blame SRI if they want to get on the bandwagon?
Like STARBUCKS this cocktail juggernaut is all BS and major rip off.
