Monday night deals

I've seen good deals for Sunday nights recently, does anyone know of anything specific for Monday nights around Minneapolis/St. Paul?

Taking the wife out to celebrate good marks but don't have the money to go high end right now, hoping for some good deals/ideas for tonight on short notice (keeping in mind Monday is generally slow or closed day for restaurants). No preference on location, but So. Mpls (I live a block from Craftsman - always a good back-up if I can't decide) or St. Paul is fine - it's all relatively close.
Thanks.

Doesn't Birchwood have a Monday (and Tuesday) night special? I had a lovely pork tenderloin entree from Birchwood tonight - but it was take-out, not eat-in.

Its not Monday but Al Vento does a three course Tuesday night menu for $20. I think they took today off for restaurant week b/c I didn't get my weekly email.

We've done it once, but if not for a 2.5 y/o we'd do it more often.

We stumbled across a great Tuesday night deal tonight. We were at Rice Paper in Linden Hills and they have a $30 special with any two entrees, an appetizer or two soups and a house dessert.

Muffaletta (Como Park St. Paul) and Salut (Edina and St. Paul) offer $10 bottles of wine all day Monday. They are both Parasole restaurants, and fairly tasty. IMO Muffaletta is far superior, with an emphasis on local suppliers and natural ingredients. But Salut can be fun too - I just think most of the things on its menu are WAY overpriced

It's not the Craftsman, but you might try Bryant Lake Bowl, which can be a fun option that won't break the bank. They have Cheap Date Night every Monday beginning at 6:00. For something like $28, you and your bride each get an entree and a bottle of vino to split. Oh, and a free game of bowling to round out the night.

Also, Broders Pasta Bar has their "After 8" special, which has a limited menu for two for a comparable price, also $28, I think.

I am also looking for a relatively inexpensive option for this evening, so if you hear of anything else, please post it up! :)
