Yes, Rasika is a more modern and hip. Bombay Club feels more formal (though it is not really formal). I like both.

I prefer Raskika. A little more pricey than BC, I think, but worth it. Reservations recommended.

Rasika is a little more modern and hip and would personally be my choice if I had to decide between the two.

Have you done brunch at Bombay Club? It's fun - free refills of sparking (I doubt that it's real champagne), a piano player and yummy food. It's a buffet, but certainly a cut above many buffets, both in quality and presentation.
We prefer BC when we want someplace quiet, and I think the food there is very, very good. I give the slight edge to Rasika, but would never turn down a chance to eat at Bombay Club.
Bonus: in good weather, BC has a PATIO.

If you go to Bombay Club, make sure to tell them if you like your food really spicy. They will comply.
