What do you do with all the zested lemons from making limoncello?

other than juicing into cubes for the freezer?
What's the best way to store them now zested- room temp or refridgerator?

    In the fridge. And any that are older or bruised can be sliced up and run through your sink's garbage disposal. Chemical free way to keep the drain smelling fresh.

        Make lemonade.
        I think you could freeze the lemons whole.
