Cardoons

Anyone know if these are available in Chicago and if so where?

    Cardoons are in season for a very short time (pretty the month of December) . If they are to be found in the Chicago area Caputo's would be the place. You can call and special order some around Christmastime.

    They have several locations, but I prefer the original on Harlem Ave.
