Help--Do I thaw TJ Seafood Blend before using it in recipe

I have a bag of Trader Joe's seafood blend that I would like to use tonight for dinner. The instructions say nothing about thawing the seafood first. It just says to sautee for a minute and a half.

I would like to heat up some homemade marinara and then add then cook the seafood in the sauce. Do I need to thaw the seafood blend first?

Thanks!

There is no need to thaw the frozen mix - I use TJ's in stir-fry, marinara and soup/stew -
the mix cooks in just minutes — avoid overcooking.
If you prefer to thaw it, place the sealed bag in a container of cold water.

With the intention of simply cooking in the marinara sauce, I would not find it necessary to thaw it first. But I would thaw it (allowing it to thaw in the refrigerator, not on the counter) before sautéing it. I would not thaw any more of it than I needed to use in the prpared dish and I would certainly keep the remainder frozen. Once thawed, I would cook it and I would never refreeze seafood.
