Frozen crust and a waiter that can't multi-task made for an unfortunate visit.
Sorry, you're mistaken - they don't use frozen crust. Poor service I can't comment on.
I had a spectacular meal here the other night. Rutabaga soup, lamb ravioli, "winter" pizza and "carbonara" pizza. Excellent.
Not mistaken, crust was either frozen or stale as cardboard. We won't be back.
Just by coincidence, I was there this week for dinner and had a long talk with the chef.
I can't argue that you didn't enjoy your meal, but their crust is made and consumed daily. Maybe you don't like it, maybe it wasn't cooked to your liking, but frozen or stale are not possible.
