where to buy powdered eggs/butter in LA?

I'd like to keep powdered eggs and powdered butter on hand, but I have no idea where to buy in the LA area (my on-line shopping experience for these was not a positive one). Any suggestions? I live in the WLA/SM area, if that makes any difference.

have you tried the REI store in SM. they have supplies online:
