Where can I buy baby octopus in MSP?

I'm trying to figure out what to make for a Mediterranean Island themed gourmet club with my friends, and I keep coming across grilled octopus recipes. We are the first course, and I'm thinking we'll do some sort of grilled octopus salad.
The problem is, I have no idea where I can buy octopus here. Anyone know if I can get some fresh and not frozen? Is the frozen octopus any good?
Thanks in advance!
As KTFoley indicated, Coastal Seafoods definitely has octopus. The last time I saw it it was frozen, but I have also purchased it fresh there - I'd call to see if they can get fresh baby octopus in for you. United Noodles has frozen cooked octopus, as well as frozen uncooked, as does Kim's Oriental in St. Paul. I have seen unfrozen baby octopus on occasion at Cub Foods (off of 26th). I have also seen unfrozen octopus at Shang Hur (on Eat Street) and El Burrito market (St. Paul). Frozen octopus is good. Actually, some even recommend freezing octopus to help tenderize it.
Not only does coastal ALWAYS have it in stock frozen. It is super cheap and very good. Just purchase in time to thaw it in the fridge - I've grilled it and broiled it for pasta toppings.
Thanks all! I ended up getting frozen baby octopus from Coastal and it was soooo delicious. Roasted it nice and slow in the oven for an hour and a half and it was very tender.
