In Madrid for one night

Staying at Hotel Ritz (?) and will have 1 breakfast, lunch and dinner to enjoy. On expense account, very adventurous eater, and would love to hear what others recommend. I don't speak spanish, but am happy to try if there are restaurants that are "spanish only". I have never been to spain, am largely unfamiliar with the cuisine but am curious and love to learn.

Thanks in advance to all.

The name of these restaurants are:

    El Madroño
    Museo del Vino
    Venta El Buscon
    La casa del Abuelo
    Taberna Tirso de Molina
    Meson Rey Pimiento

I think they are all well known, so it will be easy for you to find any of them
    Good luck
