[Vietnam] Hanoi on a budget

I'm looking for some post-Tet suggestions for Hanoi. I'm interested in everything that I can get for under $10 per meal (or even better, $5)

Street food, restaurants, whatever. I'd appreciate any suggestions for things that I must try while I am here. I think I will be here another week or so (maybe) so I (might) have some time.

Street food, markets, and hole-in-the-walls (often bunches filling whole streets) offer the most inexpensive and the best foods. Go and don't worry and eat well.
