Allegra Drum Crafters and Nuvrei would be a good start.

Nuvrei was amazing!! Thank you for the brilliant recommendation. We discovered they also have to die for chocolate bread pudding and good french press coffee

Baker and Spice makes a great croissant. In fact all of their pastries made with that laminated dough are great, such as the katie bun (with currants and sweet glaze) and their maple syrup danish.

I love St. Honore's croissants... they're an authentic French bakery with wonderful on-site traditional baked goods and other items. Thurman just west of 23rd or in Lake Oswego.
