Need Rec for dinner for bachelor party group of 8

Flying in from Scottsdale and we are looking for a good restaurant that would be good yet fun for a group of guys (ages 39-43). Nothing like Gary Danko or Boulevard but up to around $ 100 per person max. Maybe something that has a "rat pack vibe" or just fun but with really good food.

Harris' - and they have an 8 person private room, so you can enjoy yourself.
Absinthe. Better, more interesting food, good cocktail list.
