Xiao Long Bao in Manhattan's Chinatown?

Jel212 Feb 18, 2010 12:41 PM

Hi Hounders,

I'm on the hunt for the tastiest well-priced soup dumplings in Manhattan. I'm a (huge!) fan of Joe's Shanghai, even though I know a lot of folks on here don't care for them. I recently tried Shanghai Cafe at 100 Mott. My mom and husband loved them, but I didn't. Any other suggestions? Looking forward to continuing my...research.

Thanks in advance

Take a look at these threads:

IMO Nan Xiang in Flushing is a level above anything I've tried in Manhattan.

agree with kathryn, I just went to Nan Xiang for the first time this weekend and it is much better than any other XLB place in NYC. Here's my review: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/689006

Thanks! I'm going to venture to Flushing in the spring, but for now...I'll check those threads for Manhattan
