Giannotti's Italian Steak House

Does anyone have any info on this restaurant? It has been closed for a very long time for remodeling but I am starting to wonder if it will ever reopen. Just seems like way too long for remodeling & from the outside, there does not appear to be any progress made.

I've heard a rumor they are completely closed, but hope it's false. Best 8-finger with vodka sauce ever!!
