Kitchen tools from around the world

Hey guys, I'm just looking for a list of interesting kitchen tools from around the world. Stuff like a ddukbaegi from Korea, or a Tip Khao from Laos. Neat, strange cookware that most folks have probably have never heard of.

    I ran a search on African Cookware and came up with the following:

    Maybe run searches specific to a tribe or nation and you will find some interesting items.

      I also like the Lotus Blossom Cookie Mold from Laos:

      to make these Lao "cookies" called Khanom Dok Bua ("Lotus Blossom Cookies"):

      Those Lao cookies are similar to Chinese fortune cookies, but lighter and flakier. The cookies are made by dipping the cookie mold in batter and then deep fried.

      1. Here's one additional item I forgot to include.

        This is the only way Lao sticky rice should be cooked:

        Lao bamboo steamer = "Huat"
        + metal pot or steamer
