Early Breakfast Spot in the Financial District

Hello All,

I have a networking breakfast at 7:30 am in the Financial District. Any suggestions for a venue? Nothing fancy, just coffee and something nice to eat, preferably near King/Bay.

You know, we just went to both in a short time span ... and I must say, I prefer the Yonge and Front/Wellington one. The space is much more beautiful, and the food is infinitely better. I wonder if the Bloor and St. George one had their chef changed? The food wasnt that sloppy before..

A short walk from King/Bay, I'd suggest Sunset Grill at Yonge and Richmond (1 Richmond St. West). They are open at 7am and while the food is just ok, they do have a relatively large menu, and enough space to put a bunch of tables together to have a networking breakfast.

There's Petite Thuet at King and Yonge (South-West corner). Haven't been recently, but you can snag a nice croissant ad a coffee there. Could get a sandwich if you're hungrier. Open at 7am M-F according to their site. Though, there's isn't a whole lot of seating. Casual.
