Mauro's for one of the best NY style slices of Pizza in Miami-Broward
Sage Bagel - for great bagels. (Hallandale)
Lola's on harrison for solid upscale comfort food
LeTub- for gumbo and a great burger in a fun location on the water
Tarks for super casual seafood (Dania)
El Tamarindo for San Salvadorian food. (Hallandale) Inexpensive and tasty. They also do nice pizza
Fulvio's for upscale Italian. Nice meatballs
I had a really bad experience at Sage French for dinner but a good lunch.
Nakorn does a nice job for sushi and thai.
Satoro- I had a very good dinner but so-so lunch
Check to see if Goyo el Pollo has reopened when you are in town. Casual Peruvian spot with outstanding ceviche and rotisserie chicken.
Grab a Columbian hot dog at Borojo for lunch one day.

Doris Italian Market for great subs and bakery. Decent wine selection as well.

I had a great meal there of Chicken liver pate and braised lamb shank. Got a great bottle of Argentine Carmenere from thier clearance shelf for $15. I even took a bottle home. They also have a place in Ft Lauderdale.
