crocenbouche

Where could I get a good (smaller sized) crocenbouche in montreal? I would like one with real cream.

I have had croquenbouche made several times at patisserie Gasgogne in Westmount. Choice of fillings such as white chocolate or rasberry creme. Yummie !! served at midnight for New Years eve party.

Just for the sake of clarity and future searches, it's spelled croquembouche.

Thank you! I was looking for the spelling but gave up when my baby started demanding attention. it's a case of hypercorrection.I think i was pronouncing it right but the little language teacher inside my brain kept saying it would make more sense spelt that way. The linguist inside me should have known better.

Le Duc de Lorraine @ 5200 Cote des Neiges C/O Queen Mary 514-731-4128 makes a good one( not too big). They do not make them in the summer so time is on your side for now.
