Hot chocolate/tea/cheesecake in Strathcona

I'm moving to Vancouver soon, and was wondering where I can find the best hot chocolate/tea/cheesecake in the Strathcona or North Vancouver area please.

Strathcona - hhmm...perhaps Au Petit Chavignol/Les Amis? I don't know for sure if they do cheesecakes, but they for sure are the Temple of Cheese.

For hot chocolate, Schocolade (Hastings near Nanaimo) is fairly decent....not really Strathcona, though.

It's my neighbourhood. It has a number of good cafes: Bump n Grind, Prado, JJ Bean and some decent eats (Lime for sushi, Stella's for Belgian beer and decent pub food, Fet's for decent burger and so forth, Harambe for Ethiopian, etc....). Commerical Dr area is well known for its great grocery shopping (Ethnic, Italian, Farmer's Market, etc) as well.
