Table Side Caesar Salad
It's been a long time since I've been to a nice restaurant where they made caesar salad dressing table side. Does anywhere in downtown Chicago do this?

It's not Caesar - maybe someone here knows a place that does it with Caesar - but Lawry's still prepares and serves their "spinning bowl salad" tableside. www.lawrysonline.com/theprimerib_chic...

"Real" Caesar with raw eggs? The last place I ever saw that, or ordered it, was at the Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton which is no longer a restaurant. And, it wasn't even on the menu. I think the raw egg thing is the problem from what I was told.
