Holy Smokes Up In Smoke! [Garner, NC]
Had lunch at Holy Smokes today and my worst fears have been realized- they're closing down Feb. 27th. Talked to one of the owners and he said they never were able to get 'over the hump'. It's become one of my favorite lunch places- great beef brisket and pork shoulder. Good sides, too. Seems like every restaurant that's been in there, starting with Gypsy's Shiny Diner, has ended up failing. Must be the location, duh....
