My first SS frying pan - What to cook in it?

I finally bought a good SS frying pan. A 9.5" model made by Mauvielle.

In the past I've used my deep coated Henckel pan, which is very versatile, but I figured having a SS pan was my next purchase.

So what's to cook in a SS pan to achieve the best results? Mostly pan frying meats I guess for the crusty browness?

  1. I like to do a big stir fry with lots of thinly sliced marinated meat, veggies and some tofu or shrimp thrown in. The even heat distribution is perfect for dishes like this. You can get a good crust on the meat and the vegetables will keep their beautiful colors.
