soup dumplings, sesame noodles, and au zao beef (which i am pretty sure i mispelled)

Get Sichuan specialties, so kill the soup dumplings and the sesame noodles.
Get dandan noodles, cold tripe and tongue, cold jellyfish, doublecooked pork, cellophane noodles with minced pork, greenbeans with minced pork, lamb with scallions, shredded potatoes with vinegar

love the Aui Zhou Spicy Beef. We call it "the pain" when we eat there, so spicy!
I can never say no to soup dumplings. The cellophane noodles w/ minced pork are great, and I really liked the shredded duck with green beans.
