Downtown Minneapolis Solo Dining

Hi folks,
Sorry for the last minute post. I've just arrived at The Hotel Minneapolis, my home through Friday afternoon. I'll be dining alone and would love your recs for dinner. I'd like to keep it in the $30-40 range with a glass of wine. Although, I'm totally fine with a divey place, too. I love a good hole in the wall.

I'm up for pretty much any type of cuisine, with the possible exception of Middle Eastern as I live in a predominantly Middle Eastern 'hood of Chicago.

Whatcha got Minneapolis?

JUST GO!!!!!!!!!!!! 112 Eatery is fabulous and when I make it all the way to MN which is about twice a no visit would be complete without a meal there! GO! GO! GO! Aloha & a hui hou!

Across the street from 112 Eatery is Saffron. You say you are used to Middle Eastern, but I'll bet you've never had Middle Eastern-influenced nouvelle cuisine the way chef Sameh Wadi prepares it. You will be surprised and pleased at either 112 or Saffron.
