i haven't been able to find a pad thai recipe that is nearly as good as take out.... please share your go to pad thai recipes

you should check out the Chez Pim blog, she has a very comprehensive recipe on there. And if you want to read about someone who has cooked her recipe, go to the Use real Butter blog. I think I read somewhere that the key is not to make it for more than 2 people at a time.
