Hello, I'm new to the Chicago area, and I'm looking to purchase some rendered duck fat. If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Treasure Island carries duck fat from D'Artagnan. It comes in a tub. I have used this for years. It is in the freezer section.
Thank you so much. I appreciate the tip.
You can buy tubs of it at Paulina Meat Market, plus lots of other tasty treats.

Awesome ... Thank you all very much.
Marion Street Cheese Market in Oak Park has sold it in the past. In Chicago I'd check Fox and Obel. Hot Doug's...an encased meat emporium... sells duck fat fries on Friday and Saturday. You could always ask Doug if he would sell you some.
