I've never heard of it, but why not just spread Worcestershire sauce on an oven tray and dry it at low temperature in the oven? Then powder it in a blender or mortar.

You can google the word worchestershire powder and many options to buy this online come up. The few I checked were: http://www.myspicer.com
      http://www.americanspice.com and
      http://www.spicebarn.com

The prices were different at each site and you can order the powder in small kitchen size shakers or in bulk.

I've tried to get some of this stuff for years. I'm also looking for dried molasses. I'm checking wholesalers and if in luck I may contact you if I have to buy a few kilos of the stuff.

You can order some from malabar.

This is an unconventional retail consumer ingredient, but its widely used in the meat processing industry, so you have to shop where the meatheads get their supplies from. Malabar should be small enough to handle tiny minimum orders...unlike McCormick or the other multi-national seasoning houses.
