ec, I usually travel with my own tea!! can't trust what is in the restaurants or hotels, LOL!
thanks again for all your help.

    2. Do you want a quality roaster for . . . . .
      coffee w/chicory?

For the first two, I've found much better roasters elsewhere. Indeed, I have not found a roaster in New Orleans worth ordering from, and I order beans from roasters all over the US.

The only place I've found that pulls rock-solid shots of straight espresso is La Divina Gelateria -- with locations in both the Quarter and the Garden District.

great Jason, with all the suggestions from everyone I am getting my day planned for the garden District. thanks for the name!

ps, ever have coffee roasted from Rock City Roasters in Rockland ME? very good, my current fav.

      2. Try Me, a coffee roaster located in the Marigny, has the best coffee in my opinion. They sell it at Refuel and I think Fair Grinds also.

Yes, Try Me at Huevos, its like I didn't know coffee could be that good. ch

        2. Speaking of coffee, has anyone been to the Orange Couch in the marigny? We passed by on Mardi Gras day and it looked cool inside.
