Angling for great fish & chips or fish fries

I'm downtown but am looking for any bar/restaurant in the city or near-north that boasts a great fish and chips. Even better, any hole-in-the-wall that has a great Friday fish fry. I grew up on the things downstate, and it's a lost art up here.
