Lunch on the way from Milan to Val Gardena

Hi,

We will be driving from the Milan Airport to the Val Gardena and are looking for a decent place to have lunch. Doesn't have to be fancy, just good pasta (and hopefully risotto) and near the highway. Maybe around Verona or Trento.

Does anyone who's driven this route know of a place?

Miramonte L'Altro in Concesio near Brescia, right off the autostrada

If you do get as far as Rovereto ot Trento, there are several slowfood places in both towns. tho I havent eaten in any of them - Trento (close to the Brennera) is wonderful and well worth a few hours for other reasons. Its not really risotto territory up there, though.

Good food and cheeses around Brescia too, if you take Allende's recommendation.
