Last I heard, Graziella (contemporary, less-is-more Italian) and Da Emma (traditional, Roman) were both open on Monday evenings. Don't know whether the eponymous chefs would be (wo)manning the stoves so early in the week, though. (It shouldn't matter but so often does.)

higher end and absolutely amazing: Apollo 6389 St-Laurent
byob excellent food and mid-upper range is campagnola 1714 avenue Dollard... the exterior isnt nice but inside its very nice and excellent service
mid range downtown is marinara good value

btw apollo is byow also but not open monday which I didnt know neither is campagnola .......sorry
