You might enjoy Crooked Bayou, a small restaurant and bar in downtown Orlando that offers po'boys, muffaletta sandwiches, gumbo, jambalaya, and red beans and rice. I like that place quite a bit, but they're definitely casual, and have a lot more "bar food" than N'awlins-style specialties. Unfortunately, Orlando hasn't had any more authentic or dedicated restaurants of this style since Jockamo's went out of business.
Anyway, here's the website: http://www.crookedbayou.com/

Funny you should ask,,I met this guy at a food wagon at rennigars flea market here in mount dora. He said his wife was from NOLA and they had the best red beans and rice I have had outside north FLA. They were also doing shrimp in a big deepfryer. kind of expensive for what you got though.
