Vallejo or Fairfield: meeting and a light meal

Hi Fellow Hounds: I need your help. I'm looking for a place to meet up with two to three people where we can have a light meal and where we can meet for two to three hours without being rushed out. Good food would be a plus but having a place where we can have a leisurely meeting is the most important. Please tell me where in Vallejo or within 15 miles I can find such a place. We would most likely be meeting mid-morning to early afternoon. Even chains would be considered if they fit the criteria. TIA!

I have never been there but here is a thread from 2007 where rw describes The Front Room at the Wharf. Very mixed Yelp reviews but probably big enough to let you linger.

Doesnt have a lot of seating, but they typically dont have a ton of customers. Note the hours

The last Thursday I went there to buy the jalapeno corn bread they were full and my first visit there was a large group of what looked like the local police/fire department crews. The ladies are real nice but I don't know about tying up one of the few tables for several hours. Best to check first. Probably best early morning. Business becomes busy at lunch and they are only open from 9-2.

ive been there a few times, but towards closing, so i probably didnt get a good representation of how busy the place is during peak hours.
